Manufactured homes because of their limited space and air tight construction require specialized air-conditioning and heating equipment and factory trained personal to service and install it.

Only HUD approved equipment can be installed in manufactured homes. Standard air-conditioning and heating systems which have not been government HUD approved could cause fire and health issues.
